  • Cleaning: ALL Sensors.
  • Cleaning: ENTIRE Drain Line Systems.
  • Cleaning: Exterior Fan Blades, Evaporator,
    and Condenser.
  • Sanitizing: Water / Ice Contact Surface
    ( Cleaned w/ SAFE ‘Simply Green’ Cleaning Products ).
  • Inspecting: Mechanical Components for Future
    /Avoidable Problems.
  • Flushing: Drain Lines to Avoid Clogs and Backup Issues.

  • Trip Charge: Based on Distance (flat fee – Within Asheville, NC city limits)
  • Urgent Services Add-On Fees may Include: Holiday, Weekend, and overtime rates may apply.
